3. No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our services, all orders are processed immediately upon submission. As such, all sales are final and non-refundable once your order has been submitted. This includes business formation filings, EIN requests, operating agreements, business credit setups, or any other services.
We do, however, offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee that the order you submitted will be completed accurately and to the specifications provided. If any errors occur on our end, we will revise and resubmit as needed at no additional charge until the order is correct.
4. Filing Times and State Fees
We make every effort to keep up-to-date with state filing fees, government timelines, and requirements. However, states may change fees or policies without notice. In the event of a discrepancy between the fees listed on our website and actual state costs, you agree to pay any outstanding balance if required. We will notify you before proceeding if additional payment is needed.
5. Client Responsibility
It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order. BizzHopper is not responsible for delays or issues resulting from incomplete, incorrect, or outdated information.
6. No Legal or Tax Advice

7. BizzFunder Disclaimer
In our BizzFunder section, you understand and agree that BizzHopper does not guarantee business funding of any kind. Approval decisions are made solely by third-party credit vendors and funding providers. You are responsible for completing applications and submitting information at your own discretion.
We do not guarantee that any vendor listed in our BizzFunder portal will report to a specific business credit bureau. These vendor reporting policies may change at any time, and we may not have the most recent updates reflected on our website. It is your responsibility to verify each vendor’s current reporting practices before applying.
Furthermore, you acknowledge that BizzHopper is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or formally partnered with any of the vendors listed in the BizzFunder section. The inclusion of vendors in our portal is for informational and educational purposes only, and should not be interpreted as an endorsement or contractual relationship.
8. Limitation of Liability
BizzHopper is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the service in question.

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
